Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend your appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hour minimum notice. If needed, contact Nichole at: 403-497-6452 All no show appointments or last minute cancellations will result in the loss of the $50 deposit. Appointments not requiring deposits (haircuts) if not given the 24 hour notice or are cancelled as a no show, are subject to 50% of the missed appointment at the next service.
